The Gambler Ugly Otter 4 inch is built with two small side paddles and one large tail paddle to create the kind of commotion bass can sense even in thick grass and heavy wood cover. It is especially effective for punching mats where a hard popping action lets the bait flutter back down through dense cover. The paddles can also be cut for added action and the bait is enhanced with Gambler BITE to encourage fish to hold on longer.
